Updating and maintaining documentation
Provide support to the HR Department on employee related documentation and policy development
Assist in the recruitment process
Provide support to Management Team on administrative tasks
Maintain up to date company Social Media applications and Website
Develop, produce and circulate company Newsletter
Manage filing system
Responsibility for purchase and inventory of office supplies
Coordinate courier service or post as required
Carry out any other duties assigned in keeping with your role
Suitable candidates should possess the following:
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, Outlook) essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
First rate keyboard and IT skills
Proven ability to work with Social Media applications in a business setting
Strong organisational skills with an aptitude to multi-task
Solid time management skills and the ability to prioritise
Ability to work in a team environment
