This role is based in the CET Connect Head Office in Clonmel, Co Tipperary, and is a dual reporting role to both the Accounts Manager and the Continuous Improvement Manager.

The duties of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Support both the Accounts and Continuous Improvement Departments
  • Reconcile purchase invoices and raise purchase orders as required
  • Maintain key database recording systems
  • Maintain up-to-date Payment Record process
  • Set up and maintain new accounts in SAP
  • Develop and maintain a business travel logistics database
  • Arrange business travel and accommodation
  • Manage business phone vendor contracts
  • Prepare, organise, and store, documentation in both hard copy and digital form
  • Manage queries via phone and email
  • Responsibility for daily post and deliveries plus the ordering and management of office supplies
  • Schedule and book meetings
  • Any additional ad hoc or general duties in keeping with the role

The successful candidate will have:

  • A third level qualification (min Certificate), in a business environment
  • 2 – 5 years’ experience working in a busy office environment
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of working with SAP or similar is an advantage, but not essential
  • Ability to work on competing priorities to meet strict deadlines
  • Adaptable to the expansion of this role, supporting a variety of functions across the business

Structured Cabling Technician


Dublin

Summary

  • Travel is a requirement of the position
  • You are required to work on any of the sites serviced by CET Connect Ltd, either at home or abroad
  • Must hold a valid and in-date Safe Pass
  • Must hold a valid and in-date Manual Handling Certificate
  • Full Driving License and own vehicle is also a requirement of the role
  • Certification in Working at Heights, Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWP) or Hoist Operator training

Project Coordinator - BU01


Key Responsibilities: The key responsibilities of this role are to maintain and report all Business Unit 01 activity to the Project Manager This includes liaising both internally with the relevant personnel, and externally with our clients and vendors. The ability to work in a very organised and efficient manner while dealing with a complex variety of projects is key to success in this role.

The duties of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain all Health & Safety procedures, guidelines, and practices with particular attention to all Covid-19 related compliance. Ensure identification and completion of required training and recertification for your team as required
  • Operate as the singular Point of Contact for all project related matters, from inception to completion
  • Build solid and mutually respectful relationships with all CET Client representatives and Vendors
  • Develop effective communication channels with inhouse Supervisory and/or Project Lead personnel
  • Create a proactive approach to the planning of manpower, materials, plant, and equipment on a project-by-project basis, to avoid unnecessary project downtime
  • Review scope and design changes with the BU Project Manager and the CET Site Lead to ensure an agreed and consistent approach to any amendments to the original project scope
  • Ensure all quotes received are in line with the agreed specifications of each project
  • Record, report and manage the profitability and sustainability of the business unit by regular engagement with the Commercial Department
  • Develop and maintain a regular report schedule on the key metrics of the Business Unit
  • Ensure correct SAP, Enterpryse and Simple Production implementation procedures are adhered to
  • Prepare the Bid documentation
  • Maintain projects Drawing Register
  • Regular review to ensure we are in line with all company and industry standards
  • Carry out any additional ad hoc or general duties in keeping with the role

Person specification

  • Be interested in building their skill set, knowledge base and experience, with a view to progressing within the company within the next 3-5 years
  • Have previous experience of working in the construction industry, which is desirable but not essential
  • Possess excellent communication skills appropriate to a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to develop and maintain strong client and in-company relationships to ensure project success
  • Bring a high-level attention to detail, and be enthusiastic about delivering a quality service to our clients
  • Be committed to improving the day-to-day interaction with site personnel, and implement proactive communication processes
  • Possess strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office – particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Be in possession of valid and in date Safe Pass and Manual Handling Certifications
  • Own transport is a requirement for this role, as is a Full Clean Driving License
